City of Jacksonville Beach Comprehensive Plan and
The City of Jacksonville Beach and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. are partnering to provide a full, complete, and thorough review and revision to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. The project will include a robust stakeholder engagement process including workshops throughout the 18 month project timeline. This website will help stakeholders and interested parties track the project progress. Both the City of Jacksonville Beach and Kimley-Horn are excited to complete this update to ensure the growth of the City is sustainable and thoughtful.
The City of Jacksonville Beach and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. have partnered to provide a full, complete, and thorough review and revision to the City’s Land Development Code (LDC). The next round of Public Workshops have been scheduled to present and discuss proposed changes to the LDC. Public participation in the workshops is an important step in the process. Please plan to attend one of the workshops:
- August 14th at 6:00pm for Residents and Businesses
- August 22 at 6:00pm for City Board Members
- August 28th at 6:00pm for City Council Members
* All workshops will be located at City Hall
* All are open to the public to attend
