City of Jacksonville Beach Comprehensive Plan and
Land Development Code Update

The City of Jacksonville Beach and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. are partnering to provide a full, complete, and thorough review and revision to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. The project will include a robust stakeholder engagement process including workshops throughout the 18 month project timeline. This website will help stakeholders and interested parties track the project progress. Both the City of Jacksonville Beach and Kimley-Horn are excited to complete this update to ensure the growth of the City is sustainable and thoughtful.

Join us on Monday, January 13th at 7PM for a workshop with the Planning Commission to discuss updates to the Land Development Code! The workshop will be located at 11 North 3rd Street Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250.
